特異性: This antibody preparation contains a mixture of purified rat monoclonal antibodies  directed against mouse GPIba (CD42b). Targeting of this receptor with divalent IgGs results in profound and irreversible Fc-independent plaet depletion in mice^1,2. Plaet depletion is frequently used to study the general role of plaets in (patho-) physiology³.

制備 :  抗體是雜交瘤細(xì)胞上清通過G-Sepharose純化所得，內(nèi)毒素含量小于 0.0025 EU/µg

保存和運(yùn)輸：4度保存和運(yùn)輸，保質(zhì)期為6個(gè)月 ，無菌保存不含防腐劑，分裝保存-20度zui少可以保存一年以上，但請避免反復(fù)凍融

使用方法: 按動(dòng)物體重注射抗體  量為2 µg抗體/g動(dòng)物體重60分鐘內(nèi)可以去除血小板95%以上，建議每次注射100-200µL抗體（用無菌PBS稀釋）。
